This one-page handout with accompanying video educates people about food safety. It discusses using utensils to eat and serve food, eating at the table, refrigeration and proper storage of groceries and leftovers, use of different cutting utensils and boards for raw meat and other foods, handwashing after touching uncooked meat, cooking food properly, and expiration dates.
