This eight-page English-language pamphlet, created by the First Amendment Center and the National Congress of Parents and Teachers, educates parents about religion and public schools in the U.S. It outlines religious liberty in public schools, government neutrality among religions and beliefs, and clarifies U.S. laws. It examines freedom of speech and the rights of others, and discusses prayer at graduation ceremonies, teaching religion, religious holidays, clubs, religious garb and symbols, and the distribution of religious literature in schools.
