This one-page English-language document gives service providers working with refugees in the Somali Bantu Community Orientation program a summary checklist of immigration consequences of convictions. The document defines conviction and lists grounds for deportation, grounds of inadmissibility, ineligibility for U.S. citizenship, ineligibility for LPR cancellation of removal, and ineligibility for asylum.
