This 49-page document, in English and Chinese, helps people prepare healthy and traditional home-cooked Chinese meals and live more active lifestyles. It is shared with food stamp eligible people in the Chinese community and newly arriving asylees, and is distributed to community agencies that serve this population and in nutrition workshops and health fairs. It includes a food pyramid, charts and illustrations showing food groups and portion sizes, healthy recipes, and tips for physical activity.
