Resource Properties

Abstract:

This two-page fact sheet uses an easy to read chart to educate people about how to switch between birth control methods safely and effectively. It advises women wanting to lower their chance of getting pregnant to avoid a gap between methods, and briefly discusses the overlap method, the back-up method, the safe switching method, and pill packs. The chart includes a photograph of each birth control product, accompanied by advice on how to switch from one method (such as the Patch) to another method (such as the Pill).
