This one-page handout uses a shot schedule to inform parents and other caregivers about the recommended ages for when children and teens should receive particular vaccinations. It provides a list of ages from birth through eighteen years, and uses a checklist to recommend when thirteen different vaccinations should be administered, and what disease each vaccination prevents.
