This three-page illustrated handout educates people about active leg range of motion exercises they can do while sitting on a chair. It contains brief descriptions and accompanying illustrations of seven exercises persons with leg injuries can do for rehabilitation. Exercises focus on toe, heel, and knee. The document includes check boxes where a healthcare provider can indicate which exercises they should do and a place where they can write in the number of times a day the patient should repeat the exercises.
