Child Safety Checklist
This ten-page handout educates parents and other caregivers about how to keep babies and children safe from harm. It contains a checklist of things people can do to keep their children safe at home. It identifies places and situations where small children should not be left unattended, and discusses approaches to safety with baby care, clothing, nursery and equipment, and places around the house such as the kitchen. The document makes recommendations for safety with water, medicine, toys, and provides guidance for fire prevention and other safety measures.
