This three-page illustrated handout educates people about exercises to strengthen the back. It contains step-by-step instructions with accompanying illustrations for six exercises to help people strengthen the muscles that support the back. It describes the tighten tummy (Transverse Abdominis), bent knee fall outs, bridging, side clam (Hip abduction and external rotation on side), elbow press up (Lumbar extension), and wall slide (Quarter squat) exercises.
