This four-page illustrated handout educates people about low back exercises. It contains brief descriptions and accompanying illustrations of four exercises persons with low back injuries can do for rehabilitation. It discusses the pelvic tilt, double knee-to-chest, progressive curl-down, and progressive curl-up exercises. The document includes a place where a healthcare provider can write in the number of times a day the patient should repeat the exercises per session, and number of exercise sessions per day.
