Neck and Shoulder Relaxation Exercises

Resource Properties

Abstract:

This six-page illustrated handout educates people about exercises they can do for neck and shoulder relaxation. It contains brief descriptions with accompanying illustrations of five exercises persons with neck or shoulder injuries can do for rehabilitation. It explains how to perform the chin roll, shoulder shrug, shoulder roll, shoulder blades together, and arm reach exercises. The document includes check boxes where a healthcare provider can indicate which exercises they should do, and a place where they can write down the number of times a day the patient should repeat the exercises, and number of exercise sessions per day.
