Condoms and HIV - Sexual risks, part 3

Resource Properties

Abstract:

This one-page handout with accompanying video and audio recording educates people about the correct way to use male and female condoms to prevent HIV infection.  It discusses male condoms, identifying which types do and do not provide protection against HIV, and which kinds of lubricant are safe and unsafe to use. It provides a list of things people should do to make sure they are using a male condom correctly. The document outlines use of female condoms, and clarifies that they reduce the risk of HIV infection as much as male condoms.
