A Healthy Pregnancy
This five-page handout educates women about things they can to do have a healthy pregnancy. It discusses doctor appointments, what to eat and drink and what to avoid, healthy weight gain during pregnancy, medicine and prenatal vitamins, not smoking, drinking, or taking drugs, exercise and sleep, safety, and planning what to bring to the hospital and what to have at home for the baby.
