This six-panel brochure educates parents about choosing healthy beverages for their children. It discusses ways to consume less sugar by cutting back or eliminating sugar-sweetened drinks such as soda, sports and energy drinks, and some juices. Water and low-fat-milk are recommended as healthy drinks. The document provides ways to make healthy drinks, choosing whole fruits, and advises limits on juice consumption based on age of child.
