Abstract:

This two-page illustrated handout educates people about active leg range of motion exercises they can do while standing. It contains brief descriptions and accompanying illustrations of five exercises persons with leg injuries can do for rehabilitation. Exercises focus on toe, heel, knee, and hip. The document includes check boxes where a healthcare provider can indicate which exercises they should do and a place where they can write in the number of times a day the patient should repeat the exercises.
