Rotator Cuff Exercises
This three-page illustrated handout educates people about exercises to use for recovery after rotator cuff injury, or to strengthen their shoulder. It contains step-by-step instructions with accompanying illustrations for six rotator cuff exercises meant to be performed while laying face down on an exercise table or other sturdy surface, with the patient's head turned toward the shoulder being exercised, and the arm hanging down. The document includes check boxes where a healthcare provider can indicate which exercises they should do, and a place where they can write in the number of times a day the patient should perform the exercises, and number of repetitions.
