Healthy Numbers for Kids and Families: Get One Hour or More of Physical Activity
This six-panel brochure educates parents about the benefits of daily physical activity for their children. It explains the health benefits children receive by exercising one or more hours a day. It identifies free and fun physical activities, and recommends ways for parents to encourage exercise and make it easier for the whole family to participate.
